Estate Grown

The Curtis Estate (above the winery) is where we grow Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. This cool, high elevation site provides for a long, even ripenning season for our E11even wines. Here, the eldest vines are 45+ years old and the youngest are 25+. The Rock Hollow Estate is a 20 acre, hilly and rocky site in the Los Olivos District AVA planted about 20 years ago. Here we grow Sauvnign Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Petite Sirah. Vines are planted at 1,000 vines per acre and sustainably farmed at both ranches.
